A growing B2B SaaS company, founded over a decade ago, is looking for a Finance Manager. The culture is young and fast-moving, built on professionalism and continuous improvement.
What you do
- Building and scaling the finance function as the company grows.
- Business partnering with the CEO on financial and strategic decisions.
- Providing financial support throughout M&A processes, from analysis to integration.
- Owning investor and board reporting.
- Leading and coaching the finance team, using automation and finance technology.
- Bringing recommendations and insights.
Profile
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
- Maximum 15 years of experience in finance (preferably in a high-growth environment).
- Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a strong plus.
- Experience in the SaaS or software industry is a strong plus.
Practical
- Direct, constant collaboration with the CEO.
- A young, dynamic scale-up environment with room to grow alongside the company.
- Active involvement in the organization's M&A trajectory.
