What you will do.
- Help people, maintain an overview, plan, and ensure everything is well organized.
- As a Recruitment Consultant at an in-house location of an organization, you will be among flexible employees and managers.
- Regularly be present on the work floor to understand what is happening.
- Help new flexible employees get started.
- Support existing employees with their questions.
- Maintain contact with managers.
- Manage personnel planning and ensure optimal staffing.
- Respond to changes or unexpected situations.
- Work accurately and maintain an overview of contracts, personnel changes, hour registrations, files, and absence administration.
- Contribute to smarter and more efficient processes.
