As an HR consultant, you are the trusted link between flexible workers, clients, and colleagues. You work independently on-site at a client and ensure that everything related to intake, guidance, and planning runs smoothly. From the initial introductory meeting to the further development of employees: you are visible, involved, and always available. Thanks to your people-oriented approach, flexible workers feel heard and supported, while clients can count on a reliable HR partner who thinks along and looks ahead.
What you will do.
- Ensure efficient personnel planning that meets the needs of both the client and the flexible employees.
- Guide flexible employees throughout their entire career, from onboarding to evaluation and performance reviews.
- Maintain daily contact with clients, team leaders, and employees and be the first point of contact for various HR issues.
- Support flexible employees in their development by actively thinking with them about growth, performance, and future opportunities.
Profile
We are looking for an HR consultant who listens with genuine attention, motivates people, and builds bridges between talent and organization.
- MBO 4 diploma in HR or a comparable field.
- Experience in conducting conversations with team leaders.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing.
- Flexible and stress-resistant in a dynamic environment.
- Driving license B and own car for travel between locations.
