Planner
You are an enthusiastic and driven Planner. You ensure that everything runs smoothly by creating schedules, maintaining an overview, and making sure everyone knows what needs to be done. Thanks to your eye for detail and organizational talent, projects run smoothly and efficiently. You identify bottlenecks, communicate clearly with colleagues, and actively contribute to improvements. You work in a structured manner, set the right priorities, and like to get things done.

What you will do.
- You will work for a unique target group: blind and visually impaired clients.
- You will work closely with clients, therapists, and researchers and serve as a point of contact.
- You will plan (complex) multidisciplinary care trajectories, ensuring an overview and coherence in the planning of healthcare professionals and clients.
- You will solve planning problems, taking into account various factors such as deadlines, treatment frequency, client condition, and travel time in your planning.
- You will actively contribute to the planning process.
- You will regularly consult with your close colleagues and contribute to production targets, the planning process, and the deployment of healthcare professionals.
- You will identify notable issues and problems, discuss them with your close colleagues and, if necessary, with the location manager.

- You have knowledge and/or experience with planning systems.
- You can work both individually and in a team.
- MBO (intermediate vocational education) work and thinking level.
- You have extensive knowledge of Windows and the Microsoft Office suite.
- You are customer-oriented, flexible, and can handle a dynamic work environment well.
- You are accurate, independent, proactive, and strong in communication.
