You will join a team in the province of Antwerp, with a focus on the Noorderkempen region.
- You will assist people with disabilities in managing their budget and organizing their care and support.
- The organization is a recognized assistance organization working with Personal Assistance Budget (PAB) and Person-Bound Budget (PVB).
What you will do.
- Offer support alternatives and guide budget holders through complex legislation.
- Assess the support capacity of the budget holder and their network.
- Provide administrative support for PAB/PVB, such as creating expense statements and entering invoices.
- Conduct home visits and regularly work at the office.
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field: (ortho)pedagogy, social work, psychological counseling, youth and disability care, etc.
- Pragmatic approach and enjoys guiding people.
- Good at planning and organizing your own schedule.
- Flexible.
- Knowledge of VAPH legislation is a plus, or willingness to quickly acquire it.
- Communicative, both orally and in writing.
- Proficient with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Driving license B and possession of a personal car (alternative: Cambio Car Sharing).
- Residing in the North Antwerp region.
