Strategic advisor supra regional cooperation

• Develop and deliver strategic notes and administrative advice for administrative and official decision-making
• Draft a vision document outlining and analyzing different development directions for supra-regional cooperation
• Describe possible cooperation and governance models, including an analysis of opportunities, risks
• Translate complex issues in the field of information provision and fire care into balanced decision options in decision notes
• Advise on, among other things, area-oriented response times, employer issues within supra-regional partnerships, and systems and facilities to support supra-regional cooperation

What they ask

• Minimum HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level, evidenced by experience and a completed HBO bachelor's degree
• Minimum 10 years of demonstrable experience as a board or strategic advisor at national level in the field of supra-regional cooperation of safety regions in relation to information provision and fire care
• In the past 10 years, completed at least 3 strategic advisory assignments for safety regions, the Veiligheidsberaad, or similar national partnerships
• Demonstrable experience in drafting administrative decision notes and strategic vision documents for administrative decision-making, evidenced by at least 2 reference assignments
• Demonstrable experience with governance and cooperation issues within supra-regional or national public cooperation of safety regions or other multidisciplinary national public networks

Preferences.

• Describe a maximum of three reference assignments that are substantively comparable to the current assignment, assessed on: degree of correspondence with supra-regional cooperation, governance issues, administrative decision-making, information provision, fire care
