A knowledge platform specializing in the development of conferences, training courses, and knowledge sessions within public social real estate.
- Support for the event manager and the training and conference manager.
- Responsible for maintaining operational order and further developing concepts, from basic conference setup to training frameworks, and from speaker appointments to event schedules.
What you do
Support and events.
- Operational, textual, and facility support for training courses, conferences, and knowledge panels.
- Planning and monitoring appointments with participants, students, clients, lecturers, and speakers.
- Ensuring coordination of location, schedule, communication, and follow-up for the smooth running of events.
Communication.
- Managing the website and social media around events.
- Creating and sending emails, flyers, and daily programs.
- Maintaining contact with external partners and monitoring the delivery of article material.
- Collaborating with external copywriters and a MarCom team.
What they ask
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in an event organization or a commercial environment.
- Affinity with social real estate (education, healthcare, sports, municipalities, or housing corporations).
- Experience with CMS systems.
- Accurate, results-oriented, and proactive.
- Ability to work independently and function smoothly in a small team.
Practical
- A one-year contract with the intention to convert it into a permanent contract after one year.
- Informal, flat organization with room for personal initiative.
