Customer Service Specialist

• Act as the first point of contact and internal ambassador for customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from inquiry to order.
• Provide accurate administrative support and high data quality in all systems.
• Provide customers with correct and complete information, so that orders can be processed efficiently and without errors.
• Manage customer inquiries, quotes, orders, returns, and credit notes, with a service-oriented and solution-oriented approach.
• Ensure strong financial follow-up by providing support for invoicing and tracking relevant documentation.

What they ask

• A bachelor's or master's degree, possibly supplemented with relevant experience.
• Fluent knowledge of Dutch, French, and English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
