You are responsible for the technical management of public real estate. You ensure an optimal state of maintenance, monitor the quality and safety of buildings, and coordinate with internal and external parties.
What you will do.
- Prepare and update annual plans based on multi-year maintenance plans (MJOPs), inspection reports, and energy scans
- Independently lead smaller projects in the field of maintenance, renovations
- Coordinate planned, corrective, and preventive maintenance
- Manage external parties and supervise execution, quality
- Handle malfunctions, complaints, and technical requests from tenants
- Advise on sustainability measures and implementation strategies
- Manage technical documentation and real estate data in systems such as Planon and SharePoint
- Identify structural defects and propose improvements
- Provide input for financial reports and service charge overviews

You communicate clearly, work structured, and have an affinity with social real estate. You work closely with asset managers, brokers, the technical advisor, the contract manager, and other colleagues within the team. Together, you ensure future-proof real estate management. You participate in regular work meetings and report to the client.

- Demonstrable completed education at a minimum of HBO level (higher professional education) in the field of civil engineering, installation technology, or real estate management
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable work experience in technical real estate management and project leadership
