What you do
- Daily processing and maintenance of financial administration
- Daily processing and maintenance of operational HR administration
- Booking and processing purchase invoices and preparing payments
- Managing invoicing and following up on outstanding items
- Processing cash and bank mutations
- Processing sales data, credits, and stock mutations in the accounting system
- Maintaining and checking general ledger accounts
- Supporting the preparation of VAT declarations
- Maintaining hour and leave registration
- Processing mutations for payroll administration
Profile
- Minimum MBO (intermediate vocational education) work and thinking level
- Relevant experience in financial administration or a comparable role
- Works accurately and structured
- Good with numbers and maintains an overview
- Can work independently and set priorities
- Easily switches between different tasks
- Enjoys being part of a growing and informal organization
