Reinforcement of the Infrastructure team within a government organization.
- Level 3 expert to ensure operational maintenance, security, and evolution of the Microsoft infrastructure.
- Escalation point for N1/N2 Support teams.
- Participation in Microsoft 365 environment evolution projects.
What you do
- Provide Level 3 technical support for Microsoft and Infrastructure environments.
- Diagnose and resolve complex incidents related to:
- Windows Server
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Microsoft 365
- Intune
- Teams
- Exchange Online
- DNS / DHCP
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
- Administer Microsoft 365 environments:
- Exchange Online
- Teams & Teams Rooms
- SharePoint Online
- OneDrive
- Administer Active Directory and Entra ID:
- User accounts, groups, licenses
- MFA
- Conditional Access
- Administer Microsoft Intune:
- Autopilot
- Compliance Policies
- Configuration Profiles
- Supervise infrastructure using monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft 365 portals).
- Analyze and process security alerts (Microsoft Defender for Endpoint & Microsoft Defender for Office 365).
- Participate in infrastructure migration and evolution projects.
- Draft and maintain technical documentation and operating procedures.
- Apply ISO 27001, NIS2, and GDPR compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, and Security teams.
Profile
- Confirmed experience in Microsoft environment administration.
- Strong command of Microsoft 365 infrastructures and associated services.
- Experience in Level 3 support and complex incident resolution.
- Ability to work in a demanding environment with strong availability constraints.
- Good analytical skills, autonomy, and service orientation.
- Proficiency in drafting technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
