A public organization is working on a large-scale redesign of public space in a specific neighborhood. The Relationship Manager plays an important connecting role between the organization and the residents of the neighborhood.

What you will do.
- Act as a point of contact for residents and other stakeholders within the neighborhood
- Actively maintain contacts with residents and stakeholders
- Inventory experiences, signals, and points of attention from the neighborhood
- Conduct a satisfaction survey among residents regarding the completed work
- Prepare an analysis and report of the findings and results
- Advise on possible improvement measures based on the feedback gathered
- Contribute to transparent and constructive communication between the organization and the neighborhood
- Participate in regular work meetings

- Demonstrably completed education in communication at a minimum of HBO bachelor level
- Minimum of 3 years demonstrable work experience within the physical domain within a municipal organization
- Demonstrable work experience in the past 5 years with communication projects at a public organization
- Agreement with the stated secondment condition
Preferences.
- Demonstrable work experience with conducting resident surveys and preparing analyses and advisory reports within municipal projects
- Demonstrable work experience with residents, interest groups, entrepreneurs, administrators, and internal municipal stakeholders within a municipal environment
- Demonstrable work experience with resident participation, environmental management, or stakeholder management within infrastructure, redesign, or public space projects at a public organization
- Demonstrable work experience as a communication and/or relationship manager within municipal area development or redesign projects
