You will work within occupational health care for multiple SME organizations in various sectors. You will contribute to the health, employability, and sustainable reintegration of employees and advise employers on absenteeism, prevention, and vitality. The role offers a lot of independence, variety, and room to apply your expertise within different organizations.
You will have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with both employers and employees and actively contribute to thinking about sustainable employability within SMEs.
What you will do.
- Conducting consultations with employees in the context of absenteeism guidance and work-related care.
- Guiding absenteeism and reintegration processes, including advice on sustainable return to work.
- Advising employers on prevention, vitality, and reducing absenteeism.
- Collaborating with case managers, HR advisors, and other involved professionals.
- Contributing to improving policies regarding sustainable employability and prevention.
- Supporting multiple SME organizations with various work-related health issues.
Your profile.
- A BIG-registered occupational physician or company doctor with experience in occupational health care (or a physician with a strong interest in this field).
- Independent, meticulous, and able to switch between different organizations and situations.
- Strong communication skills and pleasant in dealing with various stakeholders.
- Proactive and focused on prevention, sustainable employability, and long-term reintegration.
