What they ask
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a real estate lawyer within comparable organizations
- Demonstrable experience with the legal and commercial guidance of land issuance and real estate transactions
- Demonstrable experience with commercial parties
- Completed Dutch law degree
- Demonstrable experience with lease agreements
- Demonstrable experience with translating commercial agreements into strong and workable contracts
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken
Preferences.
- Demonstrable experience with long-term lease agreements (erfpacht)
