Working within district teams and contributing to recovery-oriented treatment for clients.
- Deploying expertise within a certified FACT team.
- Collaborating with chain partners, both internal (polyclinic, crisis service, clinics) and external (safety and signaling consultation), with regular meetings.
- Applying triadic work and involving family and relatives as much as possible in treatment.
- Working from the client journey and contributing to the integration of treatment options.
- Drawing up treatment plans from a recovery-oriented vision and promoting the treatment offer within and outside the team.
Profile
- Client group: EPA clients with problems in various areas of life and with severe limitations.
- Team: Multidisciplinary team with an experienced psychiatrist, safe and open work culture.

- Possess an AGB code or be able to apply for one.
