An advisory firm is looking for a Software Solution Specialist Service - Ivanti Expert for one of its clients.
What they ask
- Languages: Fluent English is required. A good level of Dutch and/or French and/or German is a plus.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience with service management tools, preferably Ivanti Service Manager.
- Experience implementing and developing functional and technical customer requirements through configuration or scripting.
- Experience participating in end-to-end activities for new developments and configurations.
- Experience supporting the integration of software into application and system landscapes.
- Knowledge of similar service management tools such as ServiceNow or Zendesk is an additional asset.
- Experience with MS SQL, SOAP, and REST API is an additional asset.
- Experience in IT operations management is an additional asset.
- Good understanding of Agile methods is an additional asset.
- Education: University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or comparable.

- Proactive with good analytical skills.
- Good team player with the ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to advise key users on IT service management issues and best practices.
