Working through the flexible agency of a care organization means getting to know the organization in a flexible way. You will work in various residential facilities with different target groups, gaining broad work experience as a support worker.
What you will do.
- You are 100% committed to clients with visual and intellectual disabilities.
- Care primarily consists of general daily care and support with daily activities.
- You manage your own work-life balance and indicate your availability.
- You will work as a support worker in multiple residential facilities and/or day activity teams.
- The age of clients varies per facility, and the care needs differ per target group.
Profile
- You are ready to roll up your sleeves to enable clients to live, learn, and work as independently as possible.
- You work with patience and attention to their world.
- You are resilient and not easily discouraged.
- You are a flexible and committed colleague who is willing to go the extra mile for clients and colleagues.
- Minimum MBO level 3 diploma in the Care and Welfare sector, or currently in the final year of a HBO Social Work program.
- Preferably work experience in (disability) care.
- Excellent social and communication skills.
- A VOG (Certificate of Conduct) is required, and a diploma and reference check are part of the procedure.
