As an HR Consultant, you are the linchpin between flexible employees, clients, and colleagues. You are responsible for optimal staff planning, correct HR administration, and maintaining contact with employees and stakeholders. You will work for various public and private organizations. Together with a dedicated team, you ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Thanks to your overview, structure, and communication skills, you can quickly adapt when plans change or operational issues arise.
No day is the same; you organize staff deployment and support employees with contract questions or coordinate with clients regarding personnel deployment.
What you do
- Prepare, manage, and optimize personnel and work schedules.
- Monitor optimal staffing levels for various clients.
- Liaise with managers, stakeholders, and employees regarding planning and deployability.
- Process contracts, mutations, and other HR-related administration.
- Identify bottlenecks in planning and proactively propose solutions.
- Guide and support employees during their assignments.
- Act as the first point of contact for operational and HR-related questions.
- Monitor deadlines, agreements, and administrative processes.
- Contribute ideas for improvements in processes and service delivery.
Profile
- MBO 4 or HBO level of thinking and working, preferably in HRM, Business Administration, or a comparable study.
- Experience with planning, administration, HR processes, or personnel coordination is a plus.
- Work accurately and maintain an overview, even when pressure increases.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities.
- Communicate easily with various target groups.
- Customer-focused, solution-oriented, and forward-thinking.
- Enjoy switching between different activities and stakeholders.
