As a floor manager for a retail concept at stations, you ensure fast and good service in a compact retail environment. You lead a small team and contribute to a pleasant shopping experience for travelers. The organization offers a great workplace with growth opportunities.
What you will do.
- You distribute tasks and provide clear instructions
- You actively work on the shop floor and quickly identify what is needed
- You solve problems quickly
- You motivate colleagues and ensure a good atmosphere
- You monitor the quality of products and service
- You ensure an attractive and clean store
- You ensure that everyone works safely and according to the rules
What they ask
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Open to further developing your English language skills
- Dutch at B1 level required
- Location must be reachable within 30 minutes without public transport, due to early/late shifts
Practical
- Flexible schedule, arranged with the manager
- Available on weekdays and weekends
- Available for opening and closing shifts (between 05:15 AM and 01:15 AM)
- Possibility to obtain a permanent contract after 7 months
- Onboarding program including a buddy system and onboarding app
- Possibility to follow a BBL training (MBO level 3 or 4)
- A reference check is part of the application procedure
