Therefore, the organization wants to further professionalize its prevention policy and is looking for a Prevention Advisor to take this next step together. The focus is on developing practice-oriented risk analyses and translating them into clear procedures and work instructions that align with the daily operations of the terminal. You will collaborate with operational employees and managers.
You will get to know the activities, identify risks, and help develop solutions that not only comply with legislation but are also practical. The ambition goes beyond drafting documents. The organization also wants to effectively implement the developed procedures, explain them on the shop floor, and sustainably embed them in its safety culture.
What you do
- Develop and update practice-oriented risk analyses
- Translate risk analyses into clear procedures and work instructions
- Actively collaborate with operational employees to develop workable solutions
- Support the implementation of safety procedures on the shop floor
- Organize or guide toolbox meetings and other awareness initiatives
- Advise on well-being, safety, and health at work
- Monitor actions from the Global Prevention Plan and Annual Action Plan

- Experience within a logistics, terminal, port, or industrial environment
