Renovation Project Manager

What you do

  • You are the point of contact for clients regarding their renovation questions.
  • You keep clients informed about their renovation project.
  • After signing the offer, you start with work preparation, calculation, and material orders.
  • You create a logical planning for colleagues in execution and subcontracting partners.
  • You visit the construction sites and lead site meetings with the client, subcontractors, and colleagues on site.
  • You ensure client satisfaction up to the final delivery.

What they ask

  • A bachelor's degree in a construction-related field or a passion/experience in construction.
  • Driving license B for travel to construction sites.
  • Very good command of the Dutch language.
  • Knowledge of French and English is a significant plus.
  • Strong in communication, administration, and work follow-up.
