You will guide young people aged 13 to 18 in their personal development, independence, and undertaking of activities. The young people are supervised 24/7 so that from the age of 18, they can live independently in a reception center, their country of origin, or their own home.
What you will do.
- You will focus on activating young people through sports.
- You will set up a program, taking into account group dynamics.
- You will organize, provide, prepare, execute, and evaluate sports and movement activities.
- You will initiate new sports activities and ensure they are carried out properly.
- You will build sustainable collaborations with associations and organizations.
- You will work closely with colleagues in a team with a good working atmosphere.
- You will participate in regular meetings and intervision sessions to ensure quality.
What they ask
- You are empathetic without losing professional distance and clear in setting boundaries.
- Education: minimum of a completed MBO level 4 education in an agogic field such as Social Work, Personal counselor social care, Counselor specific target groups, or Sport and movement.
- Work experience: minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience and knowledge of intercultural communication.
- Experience with contact sports is a plus.
- Personality: you are resilient, social, collegial, and reliable.
- Flexibility: available for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Practical
- Salary: minimum € 3,392.30 and maximum € 4,616.05 gross per month based on 36 hours, including irregular hours allowance and annual salary growth.
- Employment: initially a one-year contract with a chance of a permanent contract.
- Secondary benefits: travel allowance (€0.25 per km), individual choice budget (IKB) of 18% of the annual salary, pension scheme, career budget, and vitality hours.
- Vacation leave: 144 hours for a full-time employment, with the option to purchase an additional 26 hours of leave from the IKB.
- Development: career budget of 1.5% of your monthly salary for training or education.
- Pre-employment screening: application for Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG), diploma and certificate verification, and identity check.
