Payroll & HR Officer

For a family business, we are looking for a payroll officer. You ensure that payroll and personnel administration is correct, from an employee's first day of work until the end of their career. You will work with common time registration and payroll systems.

What you will do.

• Monitoring time registration and processing advances and payroll statements
• Annually calculating holiday pay, year-end bonuses, and other premiums and allowances
• Drafting employment contracts and appendices, and registering new employees
• Processing changes in personnel files (relocation, family situation, career reduction)
• Reporting work accidents and completing certificates
• Answering questions from employees and managers about wages, time credit, absences, and socio-legal matters
• Organizing internal and external training, processing them in payroll, and applying for subsidies
• Participating in HR projects, reporting, the evaluation cycle, and absenteeism policy
• Contributing to more efficient processes

What they ask

• Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration, of which at least 3 years in payroll processing
• Experience with payroll for blue-collar workers is a plus
• Good knowledge of social legislation
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Socio-Legal Work, or equivalent level through experience
• Accurate, structured, and discreet way of working
• Strong communication skills and solution-oriented
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Experience with common payroll and time registration software
