As an HR consultant, you will work in-house at a large organization. In this dynamic environment, you will be the fixed point of contact for both flexible employees and the organization. You play an important role in connecting talent with opportunities and ensuring that both the organization and flexible workers are satisfied.
With your empathetic and proactive approach, you contribute to efficient personnel planning, support flexible workers in their development, and maintain strong relationships with the organization. You work independently at the client, but you have a close-knit team of remote colleagues with whom you consult regularly.

- Maintain contact with the organization and flexible workers via email, phone, and personal conversations.

Profile
We are looking for a social, decisive HR consultant who is confident. You easily switch between employees and team leaders, even when encountering resistance or difficult conversations. You effortlessly switch between different interlocutors and know how to build lasting relationships with your empathy and persuasiveness.
