You will be responsible for the total care of patients before and after their surgical procedure and play an important role in their recovery process.
What you will do.
- Provide qualitative and patient-centered nursing care
- Observe, evaluate, and report on the clinical condition of patients
- Perform nursing technical procedures according to applicable guidelines
- Prepare and guide patients for surgical procedures
- Monitor patients in the postoperative phase and timely detect points of attention or complications
- Inform and support patients and their families throughout the care pathway
- Collaborate with doctors, physiotherapists, pain teams, and other healthcare providers
- Actively contribute to a safe and high-quality care environment
- Correctly register observations and nursing interventions in the patient file
