In this assignment, you will work as a complaints and social legislation file manager. You will be the point of contact for members of a people-oriented organization. You will join a specialized service provider that supports freelancers in finding assignments and simplifying administration.
What you do
- Handling questions and complaints from members via phone and email.
- Initiating, managing, and following up on files from A to Z.
- Requesting and checking documents and verifying outstanding rights or claims.
- Performing salary and file calculations.
- Contacting employers to discuss and follow up on claims.
- Diligently following up on files until correct settlement for all parties.
