HR Consultant

As an HR consultant, you are daily visible on the work floor of a logistics environment.

• You chat with flexible employees, help new colleagues, and answer questions about contracts or planning.
• You are a trusted point of contact for both flexible employees and team leaders.
• You collaborate with employees of various nationalities.
• You delve into HR administration: processing contracts, personnel changes, and data in various systems, ensuring personnel files are always up-to-date and complete.
• You answer questions about HR-related topics and support absence registrations.
• You focus on personnel planning: scheduling interviews with candidates, sending onboarding invitations, and maintaining close contact with flexible employees, team leaders, and colleagues.
• You are responsible for planning and ensuring sufficient deployable staff.
• You draw up the basic schedule once a week, but daily process changes such as sick leave and other mutations.
• You proactively respond to unexpected busy periods or peak moments by arranging extra capacity.
• You conduct tours for the client and enthuse potential new employees about the work.
• You work in an environment with a high pace and sometimes significant interests, which may involve critical questions or resistance.
• With a strong personality, clear communication, and a people-oriented approach, you know how to engage both logistics and production employees pleasantly and keep the conversation positive.
