An experienced plan preparer is sought for residential construction projects. You will work independently with room for your own input within a construction company that realizes housing projects and is known for its concept homes. Due to continuous demand for new construction, the team is expanding.
What you do
You are responsible for the technical and logistical preparation of residential construction projects, from drawing to execution.
- Develop specifications and working drawings to execution-ready level
- Establish material and work inventories per construction phase
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor planning and budget during the preparation phase
Profile
You have experience with plan preparation in residential construction and work independently according to established standards and working methods.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a plan preparer for residential construction
- Knowledge of building regulations and NEN standards
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar drawing software
- Proficiency in the Dutch language, both spoken and written
