Business Operations Advisor

We are looking for a passionate Business Operations Advisor. Are you an analytical, proactive professional with a passion for quality in healthcare? What you will do.

  • Collect, analyze, and report healthcare data from information systems to provide relevant management information to the board and external partners.
  • Contribute to ensuring the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and clarity of administrative information.
  • Write reports, evaluations, and policy notes to drive decision-making and contribute to the continuous improvement of healthcare.
  • Participate in the quality network of a medical organization and prepare policy documents for a rehabilitation center.
  • Ensure quality assurance in protocols and standing orders within a document management system.
  • Initiate, set up, and manage internal committees, working groups, and project groups by coaching and motivating multidisciplinary teams.
  • Support healthcare-related audits and fulfill a coordinating role in internal audits.
  • Analyze reports related to improving the care process (VIM).

Profile

We are looking for a versatile staff member who acts as a link between information, policy, and quality processes, and who can also fulfill an important coordinating and coaching role within a rehabilitation center and the broader rehabilitation or public healthcare sector. The profile requires strong analytical skills, project experience, knowledge of both civilian and public-sector healthcare structures, and leadership skills in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.

  • Minimum HBO level (e.g., Healthcare Policy, Public Administration, or similar)

Knowledge / experience:

  • Insight and knowledge of healthcare
  • Knowledge of integrated quality systems (HKZ) and administrative information provision
  • Demonstrable project experience
