Profile
- MBO or HBO (vocational or higher professional education) working and thinking level
- Driving license B for visiting clients or flexible employees
- Social, approachable, and communicates clearly with different target groups
- Listens attentively, asks the right questions, and understands what is happening with clients, employees
- A connector who brings interests together and builds lasting relationships
- Accurate in administrative processes
- Energized by a dynamic work environment and variety
- Takes ownership, maintains overview, and sets priorities
