AV Technician

You are the fixed technical point of contact at one of the organization's largest clients.

You daily ensure the quality of corporate events at the office.
The role offers more depth, responsibility, and predictability, with less travel between locations.
You work at a fixed location and get to know the existing installations thoroughly.
There is a culture of learning and growth, with internal and external training opportunities (40 to 80 training hours per year).
A predictable schedule with predominantly office hours is offered, including 12 extra days off.
You are part of a close-knit and driven team for equipment, backup, and technical sparring.

What you do

Full technical support (audio and video) for corporate events on fixed installations.
Independently analyze and solve complex streaming issues, even under time pressure.
Quickly adapt to last-minute changes to speakers, program, or technical setup.
Direct and professional contact with senior management, executives, and external speakers.
Occasionally, transport equipment from the office and set it up/dismantle it independently on-site.
Occasionally, assist with other projects for other clients as an all-round technician and/or operator.
Work closely with the internal team for material management, maintenance, and technical support.

What they ask

Several years of experience as an AV technician, preferably within a corporate or business context.
Professional appearance, high maturity, and strong communication skills.
Thorough knowledge of audio technology and image control.
Handling last-minute changes as a normal part of the job.
Working independently, taking initiative, and thinking along with the client.
Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
Availability for predominantly office hours, with occasional evening or weekend performances.
Driving license B.
