What you will do.
- Manage and monitor the quality and completeness of personnel files.
- Process and control personnel data in HR systems.
- Provide accurate personnel administration throughout the entire employee journey.
- Support payroll processing and related control activities.
- Advise on employment conditions, personnel regulations, and HR procedures.
- Answer HR-related questions from employees and managers.
- Support the implementation of HR projects and improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for improvement within HR processes and actively contribute to optimizations.
- Support processes related to inflow, throughflow, and outflow, absenteeism, and personnel mutations.
- Contribute to professional and service-oriented HR services.
Profile
You are an independent and accurate HR professional who easily switches between various tasks. You work structured, think in solutions, and enjoy being both administratively and advisory active. You have an eye for detail but do not lose sight of the bigger picture. Additionally, you are a strong communicator and know how to support colleagues and managers in a pleasant way.
What they ask
- An MBO or HBO diploma, preferably in HRM, Personnel & Organization, or similar.
- Knowledge of the HR field and HR processes.
- Experience as an HR Employee, HR Officer, HR Consultant, or HR Advisor is a plus.
- Good communication skills.
- A proactive and service-oriented attitude.
- Accuracy and a sense for administrative processes.
