As an HR consultant, you are daily visible on the work floor of a logistics environment. You are a trusted point of contact for flexible employees and team leaders. You collaborate with employees of various nationalities.
What you will do.
- Conduct rounds through the logistics environment and maintain contact with flexible employees.
- Assist new colleagues on their first workday.
- Answer questions about contracts and planning.
- Process HR administration, including contracts, personnel changes, and data in various systems.
- Ensure personnel files are always up-to-date and complete.
- Answer questions on HR-related topics.
- Support absence registrations and administrative follow-up.
- Establish personnel planning and ensure staffing levels are maintained.
- Schedule interviews with new candidates and send onboarding invitations.
- Maintain close contact with flexible employees, team leaders, and colleagues.
- Process daily changes in planning, such as sick leave notifications.
- Proactively respond to unexpected busy periods or peak moments and arrange additional capacity.
- Conduct tours at the client's site and enthuse potential new employees for the work.
Profile
- Strong personality, clear communication, and a people-oriented approach.
- Deal with critical questions, resistance, and varying expectations.
- Organizational talent and a hands-on mentality.
What they ask
- MBO-4 level of work and thinking in HR or similar.
- Good command of Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
- In possession of a B driving license and own transport.
- Proactive, accommodating, and a real go-getter.
Preferences.
- Experience with contract management and onboarding is a plus.
