What you do
- Manage and continuously improve the product backlog of a sprint team for data.
- Prioritize backlog items based on business value, data quality, and strategic impact.
- Establish requirements for applications and data products, in close collaboration with ICT.
- Direct the use of OT data in applications and operational processes.
- Validate data usage and signal issues via flagging and ticketing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders such as Asset Management, Operations, OT Security, and ICT.
- Monitor definitions, ownership, governance, and licenses of OT data products.
- Drive results in areas such as data quality, backlog progress, adoption of data products, and process improvement within the data hub.
What they ask
- HBO or WO (higher professional education or university) working and thinking level, preferably in a technical, IT, or data-related field.
- Experience with agile working and product development, preferably as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of or experience with OT data streams (e.g., SCADA) and data architecture is a plus.
- Insight into data validation, data quality, and end-to-end data processes.
- You move easily between operations, ICT, and data.
- You know how to translate technical issues into clear choices in your backlog.
- You dare to set priorities, even when interests conflict.
- You maintain an overview of the OT data chain.
- You ensure that quality, security, and governance are not secondary but an integral part of your product.
- Affinity with security, governance, and working at the intersection of OT and IT.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication.
