You will work across various sectors on projects lasting 3 to 12 months.
- The first project is 3 months long, as a Customer Service Representative with technical knowledge at an organization in the construction sector.
- After this project, a smooth transition to a next assignment at another company is ensured.
What you do
- Act as the first point of contact and internal ambassador for customers.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient process from inquiry to order.
- Provide accurate administrative support and high data quality in all systems.
- Supply customers with correct and complete information for efficient and error-free order processing.
- Manage customer requests, quotes, orders, returns, and credit notes with a service-oriented and solution-driven approach.
- Ensure strong financial follow-up by supporting invoicing and tracking relevant documentation.
What they ask
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, possibly supplemented with relevant experience.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Interest in project-based work and the challenge of taking on varied tasks in different environments.
