As a home care nurse, you are a valuable caregiver for patients in their familiar home environment.

What you will do.
- Administer injections
- Administer medication
- Perform wound care
- Provide hygienic care
- Apply advanced nursing techniques
- Handle nursing files quickly and efficiently via a tablet
- Travel with a company car in your own region
- Work in an integrated care team consisting of a care coordinator, caregiver, social worker, cleaning assistant
What they ask
- Nursing diploma (Bachelor, HBO5 or basic nurse) or midwifery (if issued before October 2018)
- Be socially engaged
- Prioritize the patient's well-being
- Clear and correct communication with the patient and supervisor
- Correct processing of administration
- Willingness to work 1 in 2 weekends
- Driving license B
