- Advise employers and employees on absenteeism, reintegration, and relevant laws and regulations.

- HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level.
- CROV/ROV/RCCM qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in absenteeism management.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Engaged and socially oriented with a collaborative attitude.
- Skilled in providing solicited and unsolicited advice.
