What you do
- Support the secure exchange of cryptographic keys and related security materials.
- Operate security and key management systems in line with established procedures.
- Provide technical and operational support to internal and external customers.
- Communicate with customers via email and phone.
- Support the implementation of new security services and operational processes.
- Identify, investigate, and escalate technical or operational issues.
- Manage multiple requests while maintaining a high level of accuracy and security.

- 2+ years of professional experience.
- Experience in Information Security, IT Security, Cybersecurity, Payments, Banking, or Technical Operations.
- Basic knowledge of IT security and cryptography.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Customer-focused with good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a global, collaborative team.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working under pressure.
- Willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge.
- Spanish language skills would be an advantage.
