Every day in the residential care center is special and varied. As a care assistant, you work with colleagues to provide residents with the care they are entitled to and to make them feel at home. What you do
- Assist residents with personal care and comfort.
- Pay attention to the general well-being of residents by listening and providing necessary attention.
- Ensure residents have an enjoyable time.
- Register completed tasks and points of attention in the electronic care file.
- Share findings with colleagues and supervisor.

- Flexibility: working in different shifts (morning, evening, occasionally night) and a rotating system of one weekend out of two and holidays.

Profile
- Diploma as a care assistant or equivalent education.
- Final year students in a care assistant program are also eligible.
- Possess a visa to work as a care assistant (final year students apply for this after graduation).
