Project Leader Industrial Scaffolding & Insulation

What you will do. As a Project Leader, you are integrally responsible for multiple projects within scaffolding and insulation. You not only manage planning but are responsible for the complete project result, ensuring that your projects are realized safely, with quality, on time, and within budget.
- Preparing, organizing, and managing projects

- Maintaining sustainable relationships with clients

Profile
The organization is looking for a Project Leader who demonstrates ownership, takes initiative, sees opportunities, and solves problems before they arise. You take responsibility for the safety, quality, planning, and financial results of your projects. You are visible on the work floor, close to your people, and a strong discussion partner for clients. You make decisions, address colleagues where necessary, and ensure your team improves every day.
You are ultimately responsible for the financial results of your projects, understand how a project is financially structured, and actively manage revenue, costs, margins, profitability, budgets, and forecasts. You analyze figures, identify deviations, and take immediate action when necessary. For you, safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and financial results are inextricably linked.
