As a Project Leader, you are responsible for the content and change management of an educational innovation project. You connect educational development, curriculum design, implementation, and organizational change. You develop a clear course together with colleagues, translate it into concrete results, and ensure that teams can actually make the movement. You move easily between strategic, tactical, and operational levels and know how to connect people from different perspectives.
What you will do.
- Lead the educational innovation project and be responsible for achieving the project objectives.
- Translate design principles for modular and flexible education into the organizational context.
- Develop a project approach, planning, and implementation strategy together with involved colleagues.
- Guide colleges and educational teams on issues related to flexibility, modularization, and curriculum development.
- Connect educational development with change management issues and guide implementation processes.
- Work closely with colleagues from the educational development network, educational logistics, study success, and other organization-wide programs.
- Advise management, directorates, and project groups on strategic choices regarding flexible education.
- Stimulate knowledge development and professionalization in the field of learning outcomes, curriculum design, and modular education.
- Monitor the coherence between education, processes, logistics, and systems.
- Ensure the embedding of results within the regular organization.
Profile
- A completed university master's degree, preferably in Educational Science, Educational Studies, Learning & Innovation, or a comparable field.
- Demonstrable experience with curriculum development and educational innovation within MBO or higher education.
- Experience in leading complex projects or programs.
- Knowledge of flexible education, learning outcomes, modularization, and curriculum design.
- Change management expertise and experience with implementation processes.
- Experience in advising management teams and directorates.
- Strong analytical skills and organizational sensitivity.
- The ability to connect different interests.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Perseverance, vision, and a sense of humor.
