You work as a supervisor in disability care and are committed to clients with visual and intellectual disabilities. You will be deployed in various residential groups, with flexible hours and working days, combined with the stability of a permanent contract.
What you will do.
- Support clients with ADL and daily activities
- Contribute to a warm, homely atmosphere
- Ensure structure and safety, tailored to individual care needs
- Assist with washing, dressing
- Create a pleasant, safe living environment
- Observe and report signs and special circumstances
- Perform duties in various residential groups
Profile
- Care or pedagogical diploma level 3 (MBO 3 Care & Welfare, Nursing Assistant IG, Social Care)
- Affinity with visual and intellectual disabilities
- Flexible availability (morning, afternoon, evening, weekend, awake night, or sleep shifts)
- Empathetic, reliable
- Strong communication skills, proactive
Practical
