The portfolio includes approximately 450 qualitative files, ranging from SMEs to larger structures, in very varied sectors and with strong international exposure. The firm has chosen to voluntarily exclude Horeca, transport, and construction sectors.
Each collaborator progresses by gradually being entrusted with files adapted to their level, up to the most complex issues. In full growth, the firm is now strengthening its team with an experienced accountant capable of handling quality files and providing real added value on tax aspects. It also focuses on training, with a budget of up to €1,500 per year per person and ITAA support, as well as real possibilities for evolution within a flexible organization.
What you do
- You support clients in their decisions and intervene on their tax issues.
- You manage a portfolio of files from A to Z, completely autonomously, with a complexity level adapted to your experience.
- You follow a diverse clientele, which also includes internationally oriented companies.
- You are responsible for the closings, balance sheets, and tax declarations of your files.
- You contribute to the improvement and optimization of files through a more advisory-oriented approach.
- You gradually evolve towards more complex files, at the pace of your skill development.
Profile
- You master the accounting and tax aspects of your files and wish to continue developing this dimension.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in an accounting firm and manage your files completely autonomously.
- A particular affinity for taxation is a real asset.
- You enjoy client relations and are comfortable advising and supporting your contacts.
- Given the international dimension of the clientele, knowledge of English is essential.
- You appreciate digital, modern, and constantly evolving environments.
