For the 2027 season, reference animators and facilitators are sought for assignments from January to December 2027.
- The activity is merely a support; the role is to read a room, sense when to change pace, and guide a group of participants until they become a team.
- You join a growing team that is demanding on quality and supportive in the field.
- You choose your assignments according to your availability, and you take on responsibilities as your talent develops.
What you do
- Follow field training to master the experiences.
- Animate immersive experiences: strategic team building, serious games, participatory workshops, city games.
- Guide groups of 20 to 200 participants, with energy and benevolence.
- Switch between English and Dutch (and French) to include everyone.
- Coordinate a team of 5 to 15 animators on the field and uphold the organization's values.
Profile
- You are bilingual in English and Dutch (French is a plus).
- You are comfortable in public and know how to unite a group.
- You have already animated, acted, improvised, or taught something.
- You are organized, proactive, and remain calm when the schedule changes.
- You feel capable of coordinating a small animation team.
- You are 19 years or older (minimum age required for legal and safety reasons).
- You are available during the day, mainly on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and occasionally in the evening.
