You will work with children and young people with complex psychiatric problems.
- You will contribute to their development and the well-being of their families within a driven and development-oriented team of a healthcare organization.
- The position concerns a temporary replacement.
What you will do.
- Independently perform systemic diagnostics and treatments.
- Collaborate closely with the client's system (parents, caregivers, social network).
- Coordinate your interventions with the primary therapist.
- Support colleagues in taking a systemic view and working with clients and their families.
- Work intensively with referrers and chain partners (youth care, addiction care, adult psychiatry, neighborhood teams).
- Strengthen the resilience of children and young people, improve their well-being, and support their families.
- Maintain the systemic perspective and contribute to the development of the treatment offer.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team that operates flexibly, systemically, multidisciplinarily, and outreach-oriented.
- Provide care to children and young people aged 0 to 18 (with an extension to 23 years) and their families, who have complex psychiatric problems and issues in multiple areas of life.
- Prevent crisis situations and admissions by offering low-threshold access and scaling care up and down.
Profile
- Strong affinity and experience with the youth target group and with outpatient, outreach work.
- Able to work both independently and intensively with colleagues.
- Flexible, especially in crisis situations.
- Creative and dares to approach things differently.
- Completed HBO SPV, or -MW/SW, WO-Orthopedagogue/Master Psychologist degree, or GZ-psychologist training.
- Completed training as a systemic therapist and member of NVRG.
- BIG or SKJ registration.
- 3-5 years of work experience in child and adolescent psychiatry.
- Experience with FACT work is a plus.
- Innovative, proactive, collaboration-oriented, and flexible.
- True pioneering spirit.
- Experience with crises.
- Able to think broadly and maintain the treatment line.
- Supports colleagues in taking a systemic view and working with clients and their families.
