Responsible for guiding and assessing students during their vocational practical training (BPV) and the final practical examination.
- Collaboration with the student and their practical supervisor at the training company.
What you will do.
- Guide students largely remotely during their BPV and maintain contact with the student and practical supervisor.
- Support the student in achieving learning objectives and provide substantive feedback on development and progress.
- Identify when adjustments are needed and coach the student and practical supervisor accordingly.
- Conduct a visit to the BPV location at the start of the BPV period.
- Assess the student during the final practical examination at the workplace.
Profile
We are looking for independently working freelance professionals with current professional knowledge and an affinity for guiding and assessing MBO students.
What they ask
- Completed hbo bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, or a comparable relevant field.
- Extensive and current practical experience within construction and/or infrastructure, preferably as a site manager or in a comparable role.
- Experience in guiding students or demonstrable didactic and educational experience at MBO level or higher.
- Knowledge of the main outlines of the training for site managers in construction/infrastructure and the associated qualification files.
- Demonstrably legally independent (e.g., through registration with the Chamber of Commerce and/or use of a VAT number), and works from expertise for multiple clients.
Wishes.
- Preferably qualified and/or experienced as a practical examiner.
- Willing to make one or more visits to the student's BPV location if necessary.
- Preferably possess a driving license and own transport.
- Good communication and social skills, able to guide students in a pleasant and motivating way, even remotely.
Practical
- Independent freelance assignment within a professional educational environment.
- Appropriate remuneration for each assignment.
- Assignments are perfectly combinable with another job and/or freelance assignments.
- Work largely remotely (with the exception of visits) and determine your own working hours.
- Opportunity to be deployed more broadly for various freelance assignments within different educational labels of a group.
- Assignments are carried out as an independent professional based on a Framework Agreement.
- Freedom in the execution of the assignment, replacement is possible, and independence and expertise are of great value.
