You make lessons interactive and varied, so that participants acquire new knowledge, skills, and attitudes and can apply them in practice.
- You use relevant (digital) working methods to improve the learning experience and create engagement.
- You develop teaching materials (handouts, online content, practical exercises) and/or ensure that available materials are up-to-date and relevant for the target group.
- You co-create new training courses in the sector with the sector manager and/or co-instructors.
- You coach trainees throughout the course so they achieve their goals.
What they ask
- Passion for helping people develop valuable new insights and skills within an inspiring learning environment.
- Demonstrable practical experience as a BIM modeler, architectural draftsman, technical draftsman, architect, BIM coordinator, or a similar role.
- Thorough knowledge of Autodesk Revit and how this software is used within a professional BIM workflow.
- An open learning attitude and empathy for people at different stages of the learning process.
- Some experience with teaching or public speaking is a plus; a pedagogical diploma is not a must.
