Coordinate daily work on the ward.

• Diploma and visa as a bachelor or HBO5 (graduate) in nursing.
• Strongly customer-driven, with the relationship with the patient, family, and environment at the center.
• Have a heart for elderly people with dementia.
• Independently meet the patient's care needs in a respectful, involved, and flexible manner, with attention to mobility, nutrition, personal hygiene, and psychosocial support.
• Work attentively, orderly, safely, hygienically, and cost-consciously.
• Be stress-resistant.
• Value clear communication and information highly, both to the patient and to colleagues and supervisor (reporting).
