This assignment involves supporting a government organization committed to livability, sustainability, and entrepreneurship in six villages. The organization has approximately 250 employees and increasingly works in a network with residents and businesses. The focus is on smart connections between people, resources, and techniques, and innovation through collaboration.
What you do
- Provide support for all HR department activities.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, team assistants, and management.
- Possess knowledge of salaries.
- Collaborate with three other HR consultants to support HR Business Partners.
- Ensure smooth HR processes within the organization, including the registry and a regional IT service.
- Process mutations in the HR system (Youforce Raet).
- Actively contribute to the optimization of work processes.
- Be able to process salaries in collaboration with a payroll agency.
- Work in a changing environment.
- Be part of the team, participate in internal meetings, and work under the daily guidance of the manager.

- Minimum 1 year of demonstrable work experience with Youforce and BO4.
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience as an HR employee.
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience with payroll processing.
Preferences.
- Demonstrable completed education/course in Payroll Administration.
- Minimum 1 year of demonstrable work experience within government organizations.
- Demonstrable work experience with recruitment system Ubeeo.
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience with the Poortwachter law and WIA applications.
