As a Team Leader, you will find yourself in a dynamic environment where quality, collaboration, and personal development are central.
What you do
As a Team Leader, you daily manage a team of foremen and cleaning staff. You are visibly present, coach colleagues where necessary, and ensure that agreements are met. You not only keep the operation running but also look ahead. Where are the opportunities for improvement? How can processes be smarter? What does the team need to perform optimally? You take the initiative.
- Daily leadership of an enthusiastic team
- Coaching, guiding, and developing employees
- Creating schedules and personnel planning
- Monitoring quality and progress
- Conducting recruitment, development, and appraisal interviews
- Maintaining contact with suppliers, temporary employment partners
- Identifying and implementing improvements
- Ensuring correct personnel and hour administration
What they ask You are an involved leader who easily connects with different people. You know how to motivate a team, can switch quickly, and remain calm when the pressure increases. In addition, you possess:
- Experience in a leadership position
- Good organizational skills
- Affinity with operational services or facility processes
- Basic knowledge of administrative systems and Excel
- Driving license B
- A solution-oriented and positive attitude
